A mixed-use office building in Kaliakoir combining office spaces with residential units. The contemporary design uses exposed brick, white structural frames, extensive glazing, and integrated greenery to create a warm yet professional identity. Shaded balconies, terraces, and vertical planting respond to the tropical climate while providing a strong connection to nature.
