A mixed-use NGO facility in Rajshahi, integrating administrative offices, training facilities, and accommodation within a single vertical development. The design uses clean white structural frames, extensive glazing, landscaped balconies, and open communal spaces to create a contemporary and welcoming institutional environment. A central void and integrated greenery enhance daylight, ventilation, and interaction, while the ground-level landscape and water features fcreat a comfortable setting for work, learning, and residential stay.
