This contemporary duplex residence in Jolshiri explores a balance between modern geometry, material warmth, and landscape. The design is characterized by exposed red brick, concrete accents, large glazed openings, and clean horizontal roof lines, creating a strong yet understated architectural expression. Carefully framed windows bring ample natural light into the interiors while maintaining privacy. The front landscape, integrated planting beds, and brick boundary walls soften the built form and establish a seamless connection between the residence and its surroundings.
